Bridgewell

Some of our homes at Bridgewell require a local connection in order to reserve. This will be specified (where applicable) next to our available advertised plots. 

The local connection is for the following areas;
Follifoot, Great Ribston with Walshford, Kearby with Netherby, Kirk Deighton, Kirkby Overblow, Little Ribston, North Deighton, Plompton, Sicklinghall or Spofforth with Stockeld 
and you must meet one of the below requirements;

• You or a person within your household currently lives in the area and has lived there for at least two years, or
• You have close family (mother, father, brother or sister) ordinarily resident in the area (for a minimum period of five years previously), or
• You have previously lived in the area (for a continuous period of at least ten years), or
• You are in employment or have an offer of employment as your main place of work in the area (under contract for a minimum 12 month period and for at least 16 hours per week)
