We caught up with Sara who recently moved into her brand new home at West Park Grange, North Leeds.

Having lived in Leeds for 4 years, Sara and partner Mike knew they wanted to buy their first home in North Leeds.

“The location is just what we wanted; we’re really close to lots of parks but we also have good access to cities like Leeds which is great for work.”

We had been renting our previous home and knew we wanted to buy a new build home eventually.


Having lived in Leeds for 4 years, Sara and partner Mike knew they wanted to buy their first home in North Leeds.
 
The pair started their house hunt in August 2019. After looking round several show homes in North Leeds, it was West Park Grange that caught the couple’s eye.
 
“We’d had our eye on West Park Grange for a while. We came to the show home launch event to find out more about the development and soon realised it was perfect for us. We reserved in early September and were moved in December.

West Park Grange is an exclusive development of 50 homes, situated within West Park. A convenient place to live, West Park has a relaxed atmosphere and is home to a good choice of schools, local amenities and scenic walks right on your door step.
