Following the latest Government guidance announced 4th January, our show homes and marketing suites can remain open with safety measures in place to keep you and our staff safe during your visit. 
 
We will be open on an appointment only basis so please book an appointment before arriving. Booking an appointment will ensure you and our sales consultant are the only people in the Show Home and Marketing Suite.

Please note if you do not book an appointment you will be unable to enter the sales centre.

Your local sales consultant will contact you before your visit to check you or anyone in your household are not experiencing any Covid-19 related symptoms.
 
This is a worrying and unusual time so please contact us if you have any concerns or worries surrounding your visit or home buying search, we're here to help. We are also offering video calls and walk throughs of all our show homes so you can view from the comfort of your own home. 
 
We have put the following measures in place to ensure the safety of you and our staff during your visit:

1. Maintain Social Distancing
We have made it clear in our sales suites where you and our staff should stand or sit to maintain 2m social distancing and our sales consultants will be sat behind a clear protective screen. Unfortunately during this time, our staff won’t be able to join you during your show home tour.

2. Use of Hand Sanitiser
Upon entering and leaving the Marketing Suite, please use the conveniently located hand sanitiser stations that are available.

3. Maintaining cleanliness
We have limited our appointment times so our sales consultants have the time to fully wipe down all of the key surfaces before their next appointment.

No, you can reserve your new home over the phone. 

WHAT FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE?
Our show homes are open for you to visit. Please note our bathrooms and drinks facilities will be unavailable to use during your visit.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT?
During this time, we are limiting appointments to a max of 2 people who currently live in the same household.
