It’s that time again! We caught up with our sales consultant at West Park Grange, Judith. After joining the Space Homes team a few months ago, Judith has been working with customers to find their dream home at our new development in North Leeds. So this week we put Judith under the spotlight and asked her some questions!
WHAT DOES YOUR TYPICAL DAY AT WORK LOOK LIKE?
Working at West Park Grange means I'm based in the show home and marketing suite, which is probably the most beautiful office anyone could wish for!
My day to day activities consist of meeting new customers, showing them around the show home and helping them find the right buying option that fits their current position. I also work with existing customers on the progressions of their reservations and ensuring that they're happy at every stage of the home buying process.
Another reason I love my role is being a part of exciting events Space Homes host. The grand opening of our show home here at West Park Grange was a highlight, as it was a great opportunity to meet lots of buyers and discuss their home buying options.
WHATS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB?
One of the highlights of my role is meeting new customers and helping them enjoy their home buying experience. I am the first point of contact for customers who are interested in buying at West Park Grange, so it's really exciting to see customers finally own their own brand new home after going through the home buying process.
WHERE IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE IN YORKSHIRE?
It has to be the Yorkshire Dales. It has so much to offer; amazing walks, great views and it's not far away!
IF YOU WERE A CITY, WHAT WOULD YOU BE AND WHY?
New York! After visiting the city recently, I can safely say it's the busiest place I've ever been. I love being busy and having lots of people around, so being New York would be perfect for me.
IF YOU COULD PICK UP A NEW SKILL IN AN INSTANT, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I'd love to be able to play the violin!
