Meet Becca, our sales admin team leader usually based at our head office in Leeds. Due to covid-19, all our teams are now based at home, which is why we've taken our 'meet the team' virtual!

Becca gives support to both our customers and administration team and is responsible for guiding our customers through their home buying journey whilst helping with any questions along the way.

WHAT DOES YOUR TYPICAL DAY AT WORK LOOK LIKE?

My main job is to ensure customers feel as happy as they should be in each step of their home buying journey, that's our number one priority at Space Homes. I usually start my week by contacting any customers who have sent in a question over the weekend, whether that be a current customer who is in the process of buying their home or a new customer who is interested in making a purchase.

Covid-19 has raised a lot of worry and concern regarding the future for our home buyers, so me and my team have been contacting our customers to reassure them and outline the next steps. It's really important to us to keep our customers as informed as possible, so over the past few weeks that has been our main priority!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB?

No matter which step of the process I'm helping a customer with, whether it be that first enquiry or on moving day, I love helping people on what will probably be the biggest and most exciting chapter of their lives.

WHERE IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE IN YORKSHIRE?

It would have to be my hometown - Skipton. I love the countryside, I always have and always will! It's amazing being surrounded by such amazing scenery and it's a beautiful place to self-isolate!

IF YOU COULD PICK UP A NEW SKILL IN AN INSTANT, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

I'd love to be able to play the saxophone!

WHAT ARE YOU MOST EXCITED FOR WITH THE FUTURE OF SPACE HOMES?

We have a huge number of brand new developments coming up over the next year and I cannot wait to get stuck in!
