We caught up with Andy, our field sales manager here at Space Homes. Looking after all our new build developments across Yorkshire, Andy plays a huge part in the live developments as well as up and coming developments to be released in the near future. Lets take a look at Andy’s answers!

 
WHAT DOES YOUR TYPICAL DAY AT WORK LOOK LIKE?
 
 Because of my job role, I am very lucky to be involved in many aspects of Space Homes.
 
Ensuring that the on site sales team have the best tools, resources and support available to help them on a day to basis is a big part of my day. With two show homes currently up and running, its important that my team are well equipped for their roles, so they can deliver the best service to our customers. 
 
With new developments in the pipeline, I’m working closely alongside our marketing team in helping develop brand awareness, new ideas and of course, our new developments.

 
WHATS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB?
 
I’d have to say my colleagues; the team at Space Homes are second to none. I love working with the sales team and am enjoying my involvement in the marketing team too. We all work towards the same goal and the level of care about Space Homes is clear to see.


WHERE IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE IN YORKSHIRE?

I would have to say both York & Whitby. These two places are great when you want to detach yourself from the day to day stresses of life.


 IF YOU WERE A CITY, WHAT WOULD YOU BE AND WHY?

A bit cheesy, but probably Bridgetown in Barbados – I would like to think warm and friendly!
