Following the Governments announcement on 31st October and confirmation from The Ministry of Housing, our show homes and marketing suites will remain open. We will continue to put measures in place to keep you and our staff safe during your visit.

The following measures are still in place to make your visit with us as safe as possible for you and also our team
1. Appointment only viewings
We are now open on an appointment only basis. We are limiting the number of people in our marketing suites so ask that you only visit with 2 other members from your household. When you have completed the booking form, we will contact you to confirm your date and time.

2. Face Masks
In line with Government guidance, please wear a mask when visiting a marketing suite or show home. If you do not have one on arrival, please call the sales consultant before entering who will be able to provide you with one. Please always knock before entering the marketing suites so our sales consultants are aware of your arrival.
2. Maintain Social Distancing
We have made it clear in our sales suites where you and our staff should stand or sit to maintain 2m social distancing and our sales consultants will be sat behind a clear protective screen. Unfortunately during this time, our staff won’t be able to join you during your show home tour.
3. Use of Hand Sanitiser
Upon entering and leaving the Marketing Suite, please use the conveniently located hand sanitiser stations that are available.
4. Maintaining cleanliness
Our Sales Consultants will be wiping down all surfaces after each visit and deep cleans will also take place reguarly during the week.

DO I NEED TO WEAR A MASK?

No, we are open on an appointment only basis. Once you have booked your appointment, we will call you to confirm your date and time.
I WANT TO RESERVE A HOME, DO I HAVE TO DO THIS AT THE MARKETING SUITE?
No, you can reserve your new home over the phone.
WHAT FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE?
Our show homes are open for you to visit. Please note our bathrooms and drinks facilities will be unavailable to use during your visit.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT?
We are limiting appointments toa max of 2 people who currently live in the same household.
