Following a successful initial phase of appointment only visits, our show homes and sales suites are now open to walk in customers without pre-booked appointments, in line with the latest Government guidance on non-essential retail.
Although we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as we can, we're limiting the number of people within our sales suites and show homes at any one time, so we recommend that customers book an appointment to ensure you have enough time with our sales consultants.

The following measures are still in place to make your visit with us as safe as possible for you and also our team
1. Face Masks
In line with Government guidance, please wear a mask when visiting a marketing suite or show home. If you do not have one on arrival, please call the sales consultant before entering who will be able to provide you with one. Please always knock before entering the marketing suites so our sales consultants are aware of your arrival.
2. Maintain Social Distancing
We have made it clear in our sales suites where you and our staff should stand or sit to maintain 2m social distancing and our sales consultants will be sat behind a clear protective screen. Unfortunately during this time, our staff won’t be able to join you during your show home tour.
3. Use of Hand Sanitiser
Upon entering and leaving the Marketing Suite, please use the conveniently located hand sanitiser stations that are available.
4. Maintaining cleanliness
Our Sales Consultants will be wiping down all surfaces after each visit and deep cleans will also take place reguarly during the week.

Yes, we are now welcoming walk in visits.

No, you can reserve your new home over the phone.
WHAT FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE?
Our show homes are open for you to visit. Please note our bathrooms and drinks facilities will be unavailable to use during your visit.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT?
We are limiting appointments and walk in visits to a max of 2 people who currently live in the same household.
