Sue has explained the process that needs to be followed and given us all the relevant information that we need. Sue is also on gand for any questions or queries we have going forward, which is very reassuring.

When we started to look into shared ownership houses we originally had a very bad experience. When we found the house with space homes they have been a pleasure from the beginning. Sue Lowe, who is our main point of call, has simply been incredible. She explains everything clearly, keeps us updated and checks in regularly. She is always helpful, cheerful and makes us feel like she really wants the best for us. We can’t thank her enough.

Space Homes have been brilliant from start to finish during the buying process. We originally had a completion date of 7/9 but due to delays it got pushed back and we were told it would be November time. Our mortgage offer was due to expire at the end of October, we explained our circumstances to Space Homes and they made sure our house was ready by the end of October. We completed on 28/10 and absolutely love our new home, it's perfect! Beth was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, she kept us up to date with everything that was happening, explained everything clearly, got back to us very quickly when we had questions and was just fantastic all the way through. I couldn't recommend Space Homes and Beth enough!

Purchased our first home at Saddlers Way, Keighley site! Judith who was our sales officer was friendly, accommodating and very informative, and helped us with all the requirements we needed to buy our home. She responded to emails very quickly and also called us frequently to update me and my husband the process of our application.

We are so grateful for having such a wonderful experience purchasing our first home with Space Homes! The process was straight forward and very easy to follow!!
We got our keys within 2 months of reserving our chosen property and the home itself has been completed to a very high standard.

We have had some snagging issues but these have been dealt with very quickly by Ellie in the customer services who has been a star. All the workmen involved in the snagging issues have been reliable and have sorted them out in a professional manner.

Sue was regularly in touch via calls and email throughout the process to help us get it over the line with the mortgage brokers and get the reservation paperwork issued as soon as possible. The Space sales staff were all very friendly and caring.

There are a few niggles with our home (Nothing Major) However, absolutely delighted with our new home! Claire has been brilliant throughout! Recommendations for solicitors and mortgage advisers have been bob on! If there's something you need doing and doing right, Claire is your women! Fantastic service, quick turn around from viewing to moving in. Superb, can't recommend enough!

We are really happy with the house and the quality of service we could not recommend Space homes highly enough! We were shocked at how pain-free and quick the journey was and we completed it on time on the 8th Dec we have been in our house for a whole month and a bit now and we couldn't be happier! The home is surprisingly spacious compared to photos and there has been a lot of thought and carefully considered touches around which you just didn't get when we looked elsewhere.
