How Does it Work?
If you have your heart set on one of our plots before they are released for general sale, you can be the first in line to reserve (exclusively available on our Cromwell Gardens development).
Step One: Choose your plot
Step Two: Your Sales Consultant will give you a guide price (subject to change)
Step Three: Provide some basic details and pay your refundable reservation fee of £100
Step Four: We'll be in touch once your plot is released for sale!
Next Steps
Once we have contacted you to let you know that your future home is ready for sale, you'll be provided with the correct full market value and given 3 working days to decide if you wish to proceed with the sale.
If you decide to go ahead with a full reservation, you will need to pay a further £400 to bring your total reservation fee to £500.
If you no longer wish to proceed with a full reservation, we will refund your £100 Early Bird reservation fee.
