From start to finish the service has been absolutely faultless. Kathrine has been so helpful and has dealt with any queries I’ve had straight away. She’s been a godsend and has a natural way of making you feel right at home and listened to . Even after the sale of the house, Kathrine has checked in on us to see how things are going and if we’re happy. I can’t fault her; she’s a credit to Space Homes. Aftercare are also really helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have logged a few issues with the property and I’m waiting on a response but as soon as I logged the issues I had an email reassuring me the issues had been pasted onto the relevant people and they’re be in touch soon .

Katherine was helpful throughout my house purchase, particularly when I changed my mind about the model house I wanted and kept me updated when my preferred plot came up so that I could put down my deposit. The aftercare team have been really efficient and the Jack Lunn team phoned to arrange a date to fix the fault usually within 48-72 hours which is great service.

We just completed on our house at Broad Oak Farm. Our application and experience were not 100% straightforward for personal reasons, and the team were so supportive through the whole process. Beth and Sammie were such a pleasure to work with during this process, and I really felt like they were rooting for us. Julie, who took us through our first viewing of multiple plots, and then did a house demo with us, was also lovely and patient as we asked to see multiple homes our first time on the development. Our initial experience with the team was definitely one of the reasons we wanted to get a home on this development. We first contacted Space regarding Alders development but after communicating for a while realised we were talking about different properties, wasn't easy with the remote sales team. We went to meet Claire from initial meeting was super friendly and really helpful the Ellerwood development is also better located and more central. We were able to get this moving and having already gathered information for the other site so from initial visit to completion it was 6 weeks but our timescale. If I was able to purchase through Space Homes again then I would, however I do not believe this is possible. Around 60 issues were noticed by an external contractor, mainly cosmetic and lower than I anticipated. As the layout and design was not down to Space Homes, I do not feel this question is relevant but I am satisfied on both accounts. I would like to add a special thanks to Beth for all her help throughout the process of purchasing the new home. Her honesty at setting realistic time frames, prompt responses to my queries and general approachability really helped at what can be quite a stressful time. At various points she went above and beyond when she really didn't have to and I really do appreciate it.

We originally had a completion date of 7/9 but due to delays it got pushed back and we were told it would be November time. Our mortgage offer was due to expire at the end of October, we explained our circumstances to Space Homes and they made sure our house was ready by the end of October. We completed on 28/10 and absolutely love our new home, perfect! Beth was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, she kept us up to date with everything that was happening, explained everything clearly, got back to us very quickly when we had questions and was just fantastic all the way through. Overall very satisfied with the buying process, Beth was always helpful and prompt, not to mention personable which is always a nice touch. It would have been nice to have access to the home or at least have more to visualise then a floor plan prior to the week of completion. I think I’m going to really love the house, love the open space, would have been nice to have a window above the sink and at least one in one of the bathrooms. Also storage in the main bathroom is lacking. But the finish of what was in and the lack of snags has surpassed my expectations.
